Constipation is a condition of internal digestive system which makes difficulty in bowel movement or difficulty in passing stools. Your bowel movement may become infrequent and stool may be hard and dry. Constipation may become also your every day problem. In stomach the colon controls the passage and formation of stool from the body. In constipation you have to face many problem much pain in your rectum. Constipation is also an alternate of diarrhea. The number of bowels in our body generally decreases with the age and most of people do not have bowel movement every day. Mainly constipation is defined having a bowel movement fewer than three times per week. There are mainly two types of constipation that are:

Acute Constipation: In acute constipation you have blood in the stool and severe stomach pain, causes is change in diet, hormonal changes.

Chronic constipation: There are various levels of disease which leads in chronic constipation.

Causes of Constipation: Some are the common cause of constipation first is when too much water is absorbed from the waste, dry stool. Second is changes in colon's ability, your colon is block. Other causes are lack of water in your body, not eating enough food, diets that are low in fiber and lack of exercise, also problem with intestinal function. Some time constipation is also affected from the side effect of medicine like calcium supplement, iron supplement, diuretics.

Symptoms of Constipation: In human everyone has their own normal bowel habits like some adults go toilet more than once a day, than other go three or four times, some pass stools several time and other will pass only a few times in a week. Other symptoms are difficulty in passing stool, Experience hard stools If the person has an intestinal obstruction than, vomiting, no defecation, nausea, and inability to pass gas, facing abdomen headache and loss of appetite, feel bad taste in mouth, pain or pressure in belly, children feel lack of energy. All these symptoms make difficulty in human digestive systems and in your bowel movements.

Precaution from Constipation: For every disease precaution is very necessary and precaution is the best cure of constipation. To cure constipation eat more fiber; eat many vegetables, fruit and grains. Try to avoid pizza, ice cream, cheese, meat. Drink more and more water, such as fruit vegetable juice it also help to reduce dehydration, do more exercise which help to your digestive system. Always take that medicine which is recommended by doctor.

Treatment of Constipation: When you feel constipation and or any change in your bowel habits, blood in your stool then it’s time to see your doctor. Your doctor will recommend you special treatment to control your bowl doctor will suggest you biofeedback and recommend you manual procedure for the treatment. Take laxatives treatment only when then doctor will say and take full checkup with specialist.

What is Asterixis? Asterixis is a type of movement disorder characterized by arrhythmic flexion movements of hands evoked by dorsiflexion of the wrists and outstretched arms.
