Parkinson’s Causes, Symptoms and Treatments


Parkinson’s is the most common neurodegenerative disorder of central nervous system which is result to loss of brain cells, spinal cord, trembling of the arms and legs, difficulty with coordination moving, and movement. It happens when there is a problem of certain nerve cells in the brain. Over the age of 60 both men and women are affected from this disease. Approximate 10% of people have affect from Parkinson’s disease before the age of 50. It is slowly progressive condition means it worse over time.

Causes of Parkinson’s: Parkinson’s disease occurs when nerve cell of brain is dying or become impaired. There are various several causes of Parkinson’s disease like drug induced, toxic, muscular injury, genetic and number of medical disorder. Many researchers has found genetic mutations and environmental factor like toxin in the food supply or pesticides cause the risk of Parkinson’s disease, other is environmental factor, lack of dopamine in brain cells, number of medication can cause parkinson’s.80% of people can produce dopamine in the substantia nigra.

Symptoms of Parkinson’se: It is often difficult to find out these symptoms. There are also some symptoms which we may find like:

Tremor: Tremor means it affects to body parts occur in the fingers, legs, chin, hands, arms, tongue, eyelids, lips and the head. It is most common in hand and figures.

Rigidity: Muscle stiffness or rigidity occurs in the limb. It refers body motions or may produce facial masking and muscle pain.

These are the motor symptoms of Parkinson's

Bradykinesia: It means slow movement it decreases in facial expressivity. In this symptoms person may have difficulty in performing every day functions.

Head and neck: Reduction and slowness of emotional movement.

Trouble in sleeping: Some movement at the time of sleeping like kicking or punching.

Loss of automatic movements: Your arms may blink, smiling and swinging when you walk.

Precaution of Parkinson's: If some has these symptoms then avoid walking backward, don’t carrying anything at the time of walking; Try not to move very quickly, get the rest you need.

Treatment of Parkinson’s: If some symptoms are occur associated with Parkinson's disease then it’s time to take proper treatment. Regarding the symptoms doctor will suggest many treatments like surgery, medication, rehabilitation program and adjunct therapies. Doctor will prescribe you medicine also. Take all information about this disease from your doctor.
