Panic Attack Causes, Symptoms and Treatment

Panic attack is a serious health problem it is a type of anxiety disorder. Panic attacks are peak with in ten minutes and over in 30 minutes it is physically harmless. It is mostly common in adult person due to some fear or with any stress. There are 60% of people are suffering from panic attacks. Panic attacks occur randomly at any time like when you are in shopping, or driving car and you feel suffocating at that time. It is very serious and life threatening problem.

Causes of Panic Attack: There are some causes which increase the risk of panic attacks. Common cause of panic attack is anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, physically harmful and chest pain. It is also caused by mental illness and environmental factors.

Symptoms of Panic Attacks: Panic attack can happen any where and the symptoms of panic attack are sweating, pain in chest. difficulty in breathing, nervousness, fear, stress, weakness in the knees, sense of impending death, confusion, head pressure, nervous and shaking stress. It is distressing condition.

Treatment of Panic Attacks: For panic attacks treatment is very important. There are many effective therapies which can help in treatment of panic attacks. There are many specialist doctors like Psychiatrists specialist in combination of therapies, Psychologists, various therapist professionals. When you see all these symptoms and attack will repeat then consult your doctor for best treatment of panic attack.
