About Malaria Infections

Malaria is a mosquito infectious disease which involves high fevers. It is as serious disease infected by mosquito in the human body especially affected to children and pregnant women. Every year we can see million cases of people infected by malaria. It is just like an infection which is caused by malaria parasite. There are commonly 4 types of malaria parasites:

Plasmodium vivax: There are about 60% cases of plasmodium vivax. This malaria is caused by the female Anopheles mosquito and caused by an infection.

Plasmodium falciparum: We can see most of death due to this malaria. It is the biggest killer disease and mostly affected to human and causes from health problem.

Plasmodium malaria: It is very less infected disease responsible for less than 1% of infection in India. It happens due to mixed infection.

Plasmodium ovale: It happens rare in these four types of malaria.

Causes of Malaria: The causes of malaria are dependent on parasites and most common cause of malaria is infection. Infection begins from an infected mosquito. Malaria is transmitted through organ transplant, blood transfusion and also transmitted from a mother before delivery.

Symptoms of Malaria: The most common symptoms of malaria is high fever which may occur on alternative day or every day, headache, muscle aches, weakness, lack of energy and some tiredness. It also may cause from jaundice because the loss of red blood cell. We can see these symptoms in 10 to 15 days after mosquito bytes.

Treatment of malaria: The treatment of malaria is very important because it is very dangerous disease which causes kidney failure, comma and death. Try to prevent yourself from malaria. Consult to your best doctor and get good treatment at right time. Treatment includes Hospitalization, Chloroquine, Mefloquine and Quinine and so on.

What is Ringworm? Ringworm is a type of highly fungal skin infections that causes ring-like red rashes on the skin. There are many type of fungal and some can affect the nails, skin and hair. It can affect adults but Children are specially affected by ringworm. These rashes may appear anywhere on the body. Dogs, pets or cats may be a source of transmitting the disease in human body. The medical term of ringworm is tinea. Causes : It is common it affect people of all ages, especially among children’s. It is caused by fungus not caused by a worm. Asterixis Causes Symptoms and Treatment

What is Asterixis? Asterixis is a type of movement disorder characterized by arrhythmic flexion movements of hands evoked by dorsiflexion of the wrists and outstretched arms. It is an involuntary tremor of the wrist loss of sustained contraction of the arms against ones will. It is produced by lapse of sustained posture. Mainly it causing hand tremors and the tremor occurs in both wrists and is not rhythmic characterized by metacarpophalangeal joints, jerky, irregular movements at the wrist and often accompanied by lateral movements of the fingers. Sometime this condition is called liver flap because it indicate brain damage or liver damage. Asterixis might be caused by kidney problems. Causes of Asterixis : The common cause of asterixis is liver failure or it might be caused by the problems of kidney failure. This is called azotemia. Kidneys have trouble in filtering out nitrogen-based compounds. Other causes are DRUGS (ABC) like alcohol, anticonvulsant phenytoin and carbamazepine,
