Astigmatism Causes, Symptoms and Treatment

Astigmatism is just like a eye problem condition of human eye with blurred vision. it causes due to irregular shape of the cornea, curvature of the cornea or lens inside the eye. Most people suffering from some degree of astigmatism. It is very common disease and may occur in farsightedness and nearsightedness. This disease is usually present from the birth.

Causes of Astigmatism:

It causes by incoming line on the retina also causes the irregular shape of cornea and affect the external portion of cornea due to some infection. It also cause from dust particles. It is also causes from family history and genes. If your parents had suffering from astigmatism then the child is also affected. Another reason is pressure on the cornea. It is caused in any age of people like kids, younger and adult people.

Symptoms of Astigmatism:

It is a very common problem anybody can suffer from this disease. Symptoms will include that your eyes will become red and irritated. Some signs are headaches, tired eyes and blurred vision. Blurred vision happens horizontally, vertically and diagonally it is very common symptoms.

Treatment of Astigmatism:

The treatment of astigmatism is most important. For the best treatment of this just consult your eye specialist. They will recommend you best treatment, contact lenses and best prevention techniques.

What is Asterixis? Asterixis is a type of movement disorder characterized by arrhythmic flexion movements of hands evoked by dorsiflexion of the wrists and outstretched arms.
