Precautions On Asthma Attack

Asthma is just like a chronic lung disease which causes difficulties in breathing. It is just like a inflammatory disease of airways. There are lots of people in all over the world who affected from the asthma attack. Less air pass from your lung and you feel irritation and some allergic creation. Asthma attacks at all ages of people but mostly it starts from childhood. Different types of asthma are:
Adult-onset Asthma: Adult asthma attack women more than men. 50% of people are linked with adult-onset asthma.

Child-onset asthma: This means the asthma starts from child hood and it cause due to some genetic reason.

Exercise Induced asthma: This asthma is caused by exercise due to some athletics or Olympic game. Some causes which include, cycling, racing, and biking.

Cough-Variant Asthma: It includes the coughing with asthma. It is one of the most serious cause in asthma.

Causes of Asthma:

Allergy and family history is one of the major causes of asthma due to genetic factors. Lifestyle including exercise, infection in childhood Environmental factor is also increase the risk of asthma like house dust, pollution, from tobacco, smoking during pregnancy or in a suffocated place.

Symptoms of Asthma:

Person who has suffering from asthma has same symptoms Common sign of asthma is when you facing some problem in breathing, inflame, chest tightness, pain or pressure, wheezing, restless sleep or tiredness, dark circles under you eyes and itchy skin, cough in asthma(day or night). You should try to prevent from these symptoms.

Treatment of Asthma:

Asthma is that disease which cannot be cured we can only control it. You can control it with early treatment. If you are going through right treatment then you reduce the attack of asthma. It's important in the beginning you have to visit your doctor. The doctor will recommend you the best treatment and give you asthma inhaler if you need. There is lots of specialist which gives better treatment. Some specialist is: Otolaryngologist, Pulmonologist, Allergist and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Therapist. All these are asthma specialist who will recommend you best treatment according to your asthma attack.
