In my opinion hair growth is not difficult as it looks like. diet, treatment and with few 
natural tiphair can be grown and maintain easily and In Summers hair required proper caring.

Here are a few tips that will help to grow hair.

1.  Massage Your Scalp

Massage always helps to improve your blood circulation in any part of your body. Rub your scalp gently with 
oil in a circulation mode and be sure to cover all the side of your head. Do it at least 6 - 10 Minutes twice a 
week. Try to use hot oil for massage. Few best oils for the hair growth are coconut oil, almond, olive, jojoba
 oil.

2. Hair Shampoo

Shampoo your Hair often but it doesn't mean daily, washing every day will dry your hair and weak your scalp. Wash your hair twice in a week. Oil hair properly and massage it as mention in point 1 and leave it for at least 2 Hours before wash.

3. Use of Conditioner
After the shampoo of your hair don’t forget to use conditioner. Apply a decent amount of conditioner on your hair - It makes your hair smooth, moisture soft and help to repair damaged hair. This conditioning habit gives your hair a good length.

4. Trim Your hair on Regular Basis: Visit the saloon on every three months remove split and trim your hair ends

5. Best Diet for your hair
  • Egg - Egg is full of protein and good nutrient to grow your hair.
  • Spinach - Very healthy green vegetable full with beneficial protein, iron, nutrient, and vitamin A & C. It helps to moisturize your hair and keep them Shiny.
  • Fatty Fish - Fish is great for hair and have good nutrients which give hair a good growth with thickness and shiny look.
  •  Nuts - Nuts are rich in nutrients which is really and most helpful to grow hair as well as good for health.
  •  Red Meat - Red meat is rich in protein and helps to repair hair and iron in meat control hair loss.
  •  Eat Vitamin A & C - To keep your hair glossy and healthy eat sweet potatoes, carrots, kale, butternut rich in Vitamin A.  Peepers, broccoli, leafy greens rich in Vitamin C.
