Leukemia is a type of blood cancer or bone marrow. It refers to white blood cell and start in the tissue that forms blood. Bone marrow is that centers of bone where blood cell is made. There are various types of blood cell including red blood cell, white blood cell in the body but this cancer is mostly affected in large numbers of abnormal white blood cells. It is a group disease called hematological neoplasm’s. There are four types of leukemia cancer:
1) Chronic lymphocytic leukemia: It affect over the age of 55.
2) Acute lymphoblastic leukemia: It is most common in young children.
3) Acute myelogenous leukemia: This type of cancer grows quickly and affects both younger and adult.
4) Chronic myelogenous leukemia: It is mainly for adults, start with myeloid and grow slowly to fast.

Causes of Leukemia Cancer:

The causes of leukemia cancer are age, genetic, environmental, lifestyle variables, with high level of radiations or chemotherapy, family history. All these forms are spread the cancer in the body.

Symptoms of Leukemia Cancer:

The main sign is lack of blood platelets, infections on other body cells. Some of the symptoms include fever, weakness, and flu-like symptoms, sweating in night, unintentional weight loss, and lack of red blood cells, skin rashes, vomiting, bone or joint pain. Most symptoms are start with low blood cells.

Treatment of Leukemia Cancer:

Treatment options are Chemotherapy in this treatment different types of drugs can be used, biological therapy, radiations, and innovative treatment. There are different types of treatment according to the type of leukemia cancer. Its important to consult your doctor and give the history of your disease then they will tell you better treatment according to the cancer type.

What is Asterixis? Asterixis is a type of movement disorder characterized by arrhythmic flexion movements of hands evoked by dorsiflexion of the wrists and outstretched arms. It is an involuntary tremor of the wrist loss of sustained contraction of the arms against ones will. It is produced by lapse of sustained posture.
